Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds & Cancellations*

For individually purchased sessions, a 24 hour notice is required to receive a full refund and any sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will only receive a partial refund of 50% of the cost of the session.  No shows will not be eligible for a refund.  Your session may be cancelled and you will not be eligible for a refund if you have not arrived within the first 10 minutes of the session.

​For scheduled sessions purchased using a session pack, a 24 hour notice is required to reschedule.  Any sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will only receive a partial refund of 50% of the discounted per session price for the specific pack purchased.  No shows will not be eligible for a refund.  

Your session may be cancelled and you will not be eligible for a refund if you have not arrived within the first 10 minutes of the session.
